How Nissan Can Prosper

The supervisors and department managers work hard. They went to college, and they deserve what they are getting. That’s fine. We are the workers; we’re the ones on the line giving 110%, giving our very best and going home with our hands, our knees and our feet hurting. I think they should give us a bit more credit than they do, and make us feel like this is our company too, not just “you do what I say and go home.”

One thing to know about building a family or company, when everybody feels like they are important, the company will prosper. But when the people under you are not prospering, the whole company will fall. It’s about the people out there doing the work. If you respect the people doing the work, I promise you, there will be a change in your company.  It will be a better change everyone.
